Back to WW...

So I cut the 23 days a few days short because I have so much going on, and when you're busy and on the go it's hard to follow a very restricted diet. I did lose a little over 10 lbs total and 6 inches while doing the vlcd, so I am happy with my results. So now, it's back to Weight Watchers for me. It's a program I know if I follow it that it works and it is easy for me. It can actually be a "lifestyle" and not a diet. My goal is to lose 10 more lbs, and to be able to run a 5K by the end of 2010. I started my C25K training this morning, and it's a 9 week program. With 10 weeks left in the year, both of these goals are attainable as long as I stick with it and am determined.

There cannot be anymore playing around when it comes to losing weight. I have another 15-20 lbs I need to get rid of, and I WILL! I am the only person who can control what goes into my mouth, and when I get to the gym, etc. I am taking control to make better choices... And with patience, preserverance, and determination, I will succeed!!! :)

Good morning! It's the Friday before one of the biggest weekends of the year, OU/TX. Unfortunately we won't be making it to Dallas this year, but we will be cheering on the Sooners through the TV. I'm a little bummed about not going, but I know it was the smartest decision. Instead, we will be heading to Muskogee later this evening to spend the weekend with Clete's family. We're going to the Tulsa fair, which I'm excited because I haven't been since I was a little girl, and then of course watching the game. It should be a good time! Instead if heading south, we are heading east for the weekend! :)
