What's your go to breakfast? For some people, breakfast is the hardest meal of the day to get in. Breakfast used to be really difficult for me, but now I'm a smoothie girl. My go to breakfast is a smoothie. It's an easy and quick breakfast I can consume while getting ready, or even on my drive to work. I have a variety of different flavors I make, but this particular recipe is one of my favorites. It is not only really tasty, but it's super filling and packed with protein, fiber, and veggies. Yes, I said veggies! Don't knock it until you try it, because everyone I know that has given it a taste test has liked it too.

ingredients.
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup almond milk (I used unsweetened vanilla, only 30 calories)
- 1 small banana
- 1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter
- 1 scoop/serving protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
directions.
- Combine protein powder and almond milk in blender, mix.
- Add spinach, banana and peanut butter, blending until smooth.
Enjoy!
Sounds great :) I got out of the smoothie habit now that it is so cold here but this will be one I keep for future.
